Alchemy Astrology

An interactive astrology practice

Your chart is a working mechanism.

Not a horoscope pushed at you once a day. A birth chart you can ask questions of, in your own words, for as long as you want to keep asking.

Bring your birth date, birth place, and birth time as precisely as you know it.

The invitation

The meaning lives between the planets.

Venus in Scorpio is a fact, and a fact is not a reading. What a placement means depends on everything it is wired to: the Saturn it answers to, the house it works from, the transit leaning on it this month. A chart is dozens of moving parts in one geometry, and no part of it means anything alone.

Alchemy reads the whole figure at once, and then does what no written interpretation ever could: it answers back. Bring it the thing you are actually living through, and it will show you where your chart has been talking about it all along.

You do not need to know any astrology to start. You can ask it what a square is, and then ask it why yours matters.

Ask your chart something

The work

What you can do with it.

Conversations with your chart

Turn your birth chart into something you can talk to. Ask a question, follow it wherever it goes, and come back to the thread later.

  • Ask about any placement, aspect, or transit in real time
  • Get answers grounded in your chart, not in generic sun-sign copy
  • Follow one thread as far down as it goes

Readings shaped to your chart

Your chart is yours alone, and the reading follows it. Alchemy adapts to the questions you ask, the system you prefer, and the register you want to be spoken to in.

  • Choose your zodiac system, tropical or sidereal
  • Set the voice and depth you want to be answered in
  • Nothing generic, because nothing is written in advance

A way in for beginners

Astrology is a large and strange field with a vocabulary problem. Alchemy explains itself as it goes, at whatever pace you set.

  • Ask what any term means and get a straight answer
  • Find the parts of your chart you had never looked at
  • Move at your own speed, with nothing gated behind jargon

The long descent

When a conversation is not enough, there are full readings: long-form, illustrated, and written once for your chart alone.

  • Book-length readings drawn from your placements
  • Archetypal work that goes past traits and tendencies
  • Yours to download and keep

A different kind of reading

Written for the chart in front of it.

Most astrology software matches your placements against a library of paragraphs someone wrote years ago, and hands you the ones that fit.

This does not do that. Every answer is composed for your chart, in the moment you ask, by models chosen and tested for how well they read an aspect.

The stars do not repeat themselves. Neither should the reading.

Why it works

Built carefully, on purpose.

Further than a custom GPT

Fifty models tested, and the best reader wins the work. Then hundreds of lines of method, written by hand, teach it an astrologer's judgement and compassion.

Simple on the surface

Thirty seconds from birth details to a real conversation. The astronomy, the method, and the models all work out of sight; the only thing you bring is the question.

Open to everyone

If you are new, it will explain a square in one clean sentence. If you have read charts for twenty years, it will keep up. It meets you exactly where your knowledge ends.

Yours to shape

Tropical or sidereal, gentle or unsparing, plain English or fluent jargon: you set the terms, and every reading is written to them.

Could you not just ask a chatbot?

The model is the last step, not the first.

It is the right question, and the honest answer is that the model is the least of it. A general chatbot has never seen your chart. Ask it about yourself and it improvises from your birth date and the internet's average opinion of your sign. Here is what actually happens before Alchemy writes a word.

  1. First

The chart is calculated, not guessed

Behind the conversation sits real astronomy. We wired Alchemy to the Swiss Ephemeris, a precision engine built on NASA's planetary data, so your exact date, time, and place become a true map of the sky: every planet, every angle between them, every house, and the transits crossing it today. The model is handed that finished chart and never has to guess where Saturn was on the morning you were born.

  2. Then

It is taught how to read one

A model does not arrive knowing the craft. Ours is given pages of method we have written and rewritten. Which aspects to lead with. How to hand you a hard one honestly without frightening you. When a placement matters and when it is noise. The tired phrases it is never allowed to use.

  3. Last

    A person keeps the standard

What gets tested at our kitchen table is never anybody's reading. It is the method behind them. We change how Alchemy writes, read the difference on our own charts, and it does not ship until it lands for somebody who has never heard the word ascendant.

Anyone can rent the intelligence. The astrologer had to be built.

From the people using it

What it feels like from the inside.

Wow. I asked it about spiritual aspiration and got a heap of awesome stuff! This is really cool. How can I contribute to this amazing enterprise?

I've been playing with it for the last hour and I'm honestly blown away. This product has serious legs.

It provided accurate personality descriptions and gave advice on how to overcome challenges for 10 leaders at my workplace. They were all stunned to learn what was to thank for the analysis. [...] The depictions were spot on. It's so beneficial to have confirmation in writing of what is felt and understood intuitively, but difficult to explain.

Who makes it

Two people, one marriage.

Alchemy is made by a husband and wife. That is not a footnote about who happens to work here; it is the whole method. How this thing reads, what it will say to you plainly, and what it refuses to say at all, were all worked out between the two of us first, and only then built.

She holds the question every draft has to survive: would this land for a real woman on an ordinary morning, who has never heard the word ascendant? Where the writing goes warm and true, that is usually her hand on it.

The name

Why we call it alchemy.

The old alchemists were never really after gold. The work was to bring two substances together under heat and let each transform the other, until a third thing existed that neither could have been alone.

We know no better word for a marriage. Or for what happens when a person sits down, seriously, with their own chart.

When you are ready

An examined life deserves better instruments.

It takes three facts: the date, the place, and the time of your birth, as close as you know it. Alchemy does the astronomy, draws the chart, and opens the conversation. Start with the question you have not been saying out loud.
